Customize your reading experience on the Settings page. Find details about each setting below.
The following settings adjust the text across all content.
Macrons
Enable or disable macrons.
Line Spacing
Increase or decrease the space between each line. This is particularly helpful if you want to print and annotate content.
Font Size
Increase or decrease the font size. This is great for those who are reading on smaller devices.
Font Type
Switch between serif (preferred for print) and sans-serif (preferred for digital) text.
The following settings adjust the Tap to Search feature across all content.
Tap to Search
Enable or disable the feature entirely. Disabling is particularly useful if you find yourself frequently wanting to highlight or select the content.
Window Position
Set the default window position for the search results. This can be overriden temporarily by clicking the position icon in the top right corner of the search results.
Window Size
Set the default window size for the search results. This can be overriden temporarily by clicking the size icon in the top right corner of the search results.
The following settings control features and behavior beyond the reading experience.
Start Page
Set the default page that should load when you return to the app. The Last Book setting will load the last book you had open when closing the app. This is also the default setting if you click the X on the home page.
Bookmarks
Enable or disable the bookmark feature. If enabled, books will resume from the top of the paragraph that was nearest to the center of the screen when closed. Bookmarks are unique for each book.
Offline Mode
Enable or disable the offline support. If enabled, when you open a book for the first time, all chapters a pre-downloaded and saved making the entire book available offline. Tap to Search currently does not work offline.
Note: All settings are local to your device and will not transfer automatically to a new device.
